Independence Day Bash

Independence Day Bash (18+ Only) Genre: Romance/Erotica Publisher’s Price: $2 Word Count: 13,393
Cassie Abrams lives in a small, northeastern Michigan town. She’s lived there all her life. The only man she’s truly ever loved is Sebastian “Bash” Morris. After their first sexual encounter the night of their senior prom, Sebastian disappears from her life without a word. Five years later, Bash shows up at the town’s Independence Day celebration. He’s never forgotten the taste of Cassie’s lips or the feel of her body. The only problem he has now is getting her to forgive him so they can finally start their lives together.
Will Cassie forgive Bash or will Independence Day prove to be a depressing holiday for both of them?
Short excerpt from Independence Day Bash:
“You’ve got a hell of a lot of nerve showing your face around here, Sebastian Morris,” Cassie hissed, her hands on her hips and rage brewing in her stormy gray eyes.
She glared down at Bash and willed her rapidly beating heart to subside. She shoved her hands in her pockets and hoped he didn’t pick up on how much she was trembling. Of course, part of it was anger, but mostly, she was trembling because she thought she’d never see him again and here he was, sitting at the end of the Tawas Bay Pier.
Her eyes locked with his while he rose to his feet. “Cassie. Nice to see you again.” He tore his gaze from hers and looked her up and down. She’d definitely filled out in the past five years. She’d also changed her clothes from when he’d seen her just an hour ago.
She wore cut-off denim shorts that stopped slightly above mid-thigh. The camisole tank top she wore hugged her curves and accentuated her breasts. He felt himself harden when he remembered of how those breasts had felt against his bare skin.
Bash reached up to tuck a lock of hair behind her ear. He frowned then dropped his hand to his side when she backed away from him.
“What the hell are you doing here?” Cassie forced herself to keep her eyes on his, but failed.
